Terms of Service

These terms apply to passwordless sign-in, voucher purchases, course redemption, and support for the Tee Leads public launch.

Using Tee Leads

Tee Leads lets golfers browse public deals, sign in by email, purchase vouchers through Stripe Checkout, and present voucher codes to participating golf-course staff for redemption. By using the service, you agree to provide accurate account and purchase information and to use the product lawfully.

Accounts and Sign-In

Tee Leads uses passwordless magic links instead of passwords. You are responsible for access to the email account used to sign in. Magic links are single-use and expire quickly for security reasons.

Voucher Purchases

Voucher purchases are processed through Stripe Checkout. A purchase is not complete until Tee Leads receives a successful payment confirmation and issues your voucher code. Successful purchases appear in your account as part of the order lifecycle PENDING, PAID, CANCELLED, or REFUNDED.

Redemption Rules

Each issued voucher code is unique. You must present the issued code to the golf course when you arrive. Once course staff redeem a code, it cannot be redeemed again. Tee Leads keeps a redemption audit trail to resolve duplicate-use disputes and course check-in questions.

Cancellations and Refunds

This public launch uses a voucher-first model. If you need help with a cancellation, refund, or checkout issue, contact support before the voucher is redeemed. Tee Leads may deny cancellation or refund requests for redeemed vouchers, fraudulent activity, or requests that conflict with course policies and the published purchase terms for the deal.

Course Operations

Participating course staff use the Tee Leads golf-course portal to search by voucher code and redeem valid paid vouchers. Staff redemption status is treated as the source of truth for whether a golfer has checked in.

Referrals and Rewards

Referral and rewards features are offered at Tee Leads' discretion and may change during the launch. We may revoke referral rewards or account access if we detect abuse, self-referrals, fraudulent activity, or attempts to manipulate purchases or redemption flows.

Support and Launch Issues

For order problems, redemption questions, or launch support, contact support@teeleads.ai. When possible, include your order ID, voucher code, and the email address used to purchase the voucher.

Changes to the Service

Tee Leads may update or limit features, routes, pricing presentation, or public-launch policies as we learn from real usage. Material changes to these terms will be posted on this page.
