Information We Collect
Tee Leads collects the information you provide directly when you create an account, request a magic link, buy a voucher, share a referral code, or contact support. That can include your email address, full name, phone number, referral details, and any support message you send us.
We also collect operational data needed to secure the service and fulfill orders, including IP address, user agent, auth and verification timestamps, order details, voucher redemption activity, and delivery events for golfer and course emails.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to create and secure your account, send passwordless sign-in links, process payments, issue voucher codes, notify the golf course about paid vouchers, support referral rewards, respond to support requests, and investigate abuse or fraud.
If you accept optional analytics, we may also collect page views, button clicks, scroll behavior, approximate time spent on pages, checkout funnel events, support clicks, and similar product events so we can improve the launch experience.
Optional Analytics and Heatmaps
Tee Leads uses Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity only when optional analytics are enabled. Google Analytics helps us understand aggregate traffic and product funnel events. Microsoft Clarity helps us review heatmaps, scroll behavior, and masked session replays so we can find confusing screens and improve the product.
We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, phone numbers, order IDs, voucher codes, payment details, magic-link tokens, or full sensitive query strings to analytics tools. Clarity is limited to public product routes for this launch, and sensitive account, order, wallet, notification, checkout-success, and course-staff screens are masked or excluded from replay.
Analytics data is used for product improvement and launch measurement. We do not use the MVP analytics setup for advertising, retargeting, resale of data, or account-level profiling.
Payments, Email, and Service Providers
Payments are processed by Stripe. Tee Leads does not store raw card details on its own servers. Transactional emails such as magic links and voucher confirmations are delivered through SendGrid. Our application data is stored in PostgreSQL and related launch infrastructure operated on our behalf.
Cookies and Session Security
Tee Leads uses a session cookie named tl_session to keep you signed in after a verified magic link. This cookie is used for authentication and account security. It is marked HttpOnlyand SameSite=Lax, and it is marked Secure in production.
Tee Leads uses analytics cookies and scripts as described in this policy to improve the public launch experience. Browser-level privacy signals such as Global Privacy Control are treated as analytics opt-outs.
Referral and Redemption Data
When you use or share a referral code, Tee Leads stores the relationship needed to attribute referral rewards. When a voucher is redeemed by course staff, we store the redemption time and audit metadata to prevent duplicate redemptions and resolve disputes.
Data Sharing
We share data only as needed to run the product: with Stripe for payments, with SendGrid for emails, and with the participating golf course so staff can verify and redeem your voucher purchase. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the service from fraud, abuse, or security threats.
